We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, where available.

Customers can pay the applicable order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Our team may contact customers through phone or WhatsApp to confirm their order.

5. Delivery Time

We usually deliver orders within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Complete Address
  • Area
  • City
  • Postal Code

BTH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to BTH.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is requested.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact BTH as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the package and product so we can investigate the issue.
