At BTH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or eligible product, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product should generally:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be unwashed.
• Have its original tags attached, where applicable.
• Be in its original packaging where possible.
• Not have been altered or damaged by the customer.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Phone number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Video of the product if required

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate solution.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

If you selected the wrong size when placing your order, the exchange may be subject to applicable delivery charges.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Certain promotional, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products may also be non-returnable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will depend on the circumstances of the order and the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, BTH will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method where applicable.

Shipping Charges

The standard delivery charge is Rs. 300 across Pakistan.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.
