Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item was delivered and correct item is out of stock
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
- Products purchased on sale or with discount codes (exchange only)

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
